When anyone wants to get started coding, they are intimidated by large, complex words such as "variable", "function", etc. Pseudo code makes coding simple and fun for beginners. Rather than using actual coding syntax, Pseudo Code uses English to create 2D drawings.

While Pseudo Code uses English, many of its concepts can be applied to a more advanced syntaxical programming language.
